From the mass graves, the Cross Meadow, Visby parish, Gotland, 1100-1361 A.D. The inside, against the palm, and the inside of the thumb have been covered in leather. The leather has been sewn into place in bronze or brass rings along the edge of the mailed glove. SHM 19525:Nu2
